08 NUMBERS DAMAGING BRANDS

New research from Orca Digital, the next-generation telecoms company, has revealed that the use of 08 contact numbers is damaging brands. While a growing number of businesses are using 08 numbers for their customer contact centres, the survey found that 81% of respondents believed these contact numbers damaged their perception of an organisation.
