Betfair Group plc (the “Company”) announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 22nd September 2011 it purchased 23,209 of its Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (“shares”) on 3rd November 2011 for cancellation.
