Tesco acquires a Budgens Store from Northern & Midland Holdings Limited

Tesco has agreed to purchase a grocery store in Drayton, from Northern & Midland Holdings Limited.  The store is currently trading as a Budgens.  Contracts were exchanged on 28 April 2011.  Completion of the transaction is conditional upon the approval of the Office of Fair Trading.
