HMRC seeks public help to smoke out ‘Most Wanted’ tobacco smuggler

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has launched a public appeal for help in its search for ‘Most Wanted’ tobacco smuggler John Sabin – a member of one of the UK’s biggest ever tobacco smuggling gangs.
